How To Obtain
After Achieving 99 Woodcutting you must go to the Woodsman Tutor in Lumbridge, once there you may buy the Skill Cape of Woodcutting for 99,000 GP. If you operate this Cape then your Woodcutting level will be at 100 for a short period. This is the trimmed version of the Woodcutting cape, it is Light Brown with a Green trim.
