Starting Out
To start the quest talk to Morgan in his home in Draynor Village. When you talk to him he will tell you his village has been attacked by the vampire called Count Draynor. Say that you will help him and he will tell you to ask for help from Dr. Harlow who can be found in the Blue Moon Inn.
The Drunk at the bar
Use a Varrock teleport to get to Varrock quicker or alternatively you could walk there from Draynor. When you get to Varrock, walk out the east entrance of the city and walk north. You should come across a statue, go past the statue and you should come across the Blue moon Inn, on the map it is represented as a glass of beer. When arriving at the bar talk to Dr. Harlow and ask for help. Dr. Harlow is very drunk and will only answer your questions if you buy him beer. Go up to the bartender and buy some of his finest beer for 2gp. Give the beer to Dr. Harlow ('use' it on him), and when he has had enough, he will reveal how to kill the vampire and give you a stake. He also gives you a hint that garlic can weaken vampires.
Vampire Slaying
Teleport back to Draynor Village by using an amulet of glory or by walking there. Once there go to Morgan's house, go upstairs and search the cupboard to get the garlic. Next wield your weapons and armour, make sure you bring the stake, the garlic and a hammer and head towards Draynor Mansion. Once inside, the door slams shut behind you and you cannot get outside the mansion via the main door now. Head through the northern door and turn east then proceed until you come across another door that leads south, keep walking and you will come across some stairs leading down. Prepare for the battle and walk down the stairs, then search the coffin and Count Draynor will appear. The garlic will weaken him and, provided you have the hammer in your inventory, you just need to attack him and you will kill him automatically.
