Distractions and diversions are a group of Mini-games that do not have a specific location to start, they are so-called as they are supposedly able to distract you whilst you are doing other activities, e.g. spotting a Penguin Spy, however you don't need to "stumble" upon them to participate in them, you may search purposely for them.
