How To Obtain
After Achieving 99 Construction you must go to any Estate Agent which are located in various Cities, once there you may buy the Skill Cape of Construction for 99,000 GP. If you operate this Cape then your Construction level will be at 100 for a short period. This is the trimmed version of the Construction cape, it is Light Brown with a Golden trim.
